Music plays a vital role in the liturgy at St. Michael Parish, helping us lift our hearts in prayer and praise to God. Our music ministry seeks to enhance the beauty of the Mass through sacred music while encouraging the full participation of the congregation.

St. Michael's music ministry incorporates both traditional liturgical music (organ and piano) and contemporary styles (guitar and other instruments). Parishioners of all ages are invited to share their musical talents in service to the Church.

There are several ways to participate in the Music Ministry:

Organist / Pianist
Provide accompaniment for weekend Masses and special liturgies throughout the year.

Instrumentalists
Musicians who play non-keyboard instruments such as guitar, violin, flute, or other instruments may assist during weekend Masses and special liturgies.

Cantors
Lead the congregation in song during Mass and help guide the assembly in prayer through music.

Adult Choir Members
Sing as part of the parish choir during Holy Days, special liturgies, and seasonal celebrations.

Whether you have years of experience or simply a desire to share your musical gifts, you are welcome to participate in this important ministry.
